Amigero
About Amigero

Two options that never felt like enough

IT management has long meant choosing between two unsatisfying options. Cold, technical tools that flag problems but leave the work to people: dashboards full of alerts, tickets waiting for someone with time. Or AI that promises to take work off your hands, but behaves like a black box: you see a result, or a failure, and have to trust that it's right. Neither feels like help. It feels like extra work, or a risk.

Real photography will follow once we have reviewed our existing photo library. On this page in particular, we prefer real photography over a synthetic image.
Amigero is the third way

Amigero is a digital IT colleague that actually gets to work: it diagnoses, acts, and resolves, autonomously, on the workplace itself. But the difference is not only in what it does. It is in how it does it. Amigero works on one principle: prove it, don't assume it. Every action it takes, it shows you, not as an after the fact report, but as continuous, checkable proof that the work is right.

Where the name comes from

Amigero is built on amigo, Spanish for friend. Amiguero, and the spelling we chose, amigero, is genuine Spanish for someone who is friendly and sociable, someone who likes making friends. That is the role Amigero plays: not a system you have to click through, not a black box you have to gamble on, but a colleague that does the work and never leaves you in the dark about what it is doing.

Two equal heroes

The same colleague, two perspectives

On the workplace

The employee, for whom Amigero removes the IT hassle without a ticket or a queue in sight.

On the business side

The IT admin and the MSP, who oversee hundreds or thousands of workplaces and need proof, not promises, to be responsible for them with confidence.

Amigero connects those two worlds: the same reliable colleague, seen from two perspectives.
